Today Masako offered me trying on a kimono. She didn't have to persuade me, I felt honored.
Kimono 着物 is Japanese traditional garment. Japanese used to wear it every day but nowadays they wear it on special occasions (such as wedding, funeral, tea ceremony, Shichi-Go-San).
I felt fantastic but it was difficult to breath and move. Because of my waistline I had to wrap myself in three towels ( because kimono has straight cut ). I had two kimonos on me. First one formal - made from silk. Second casual, which is called Yukata and is made from cotton. Look how putting a kimono looked like, what it's consist of and how I looked in it !
